Lauren Beall

  • Traveling has been a passion of mine since childhood, when I began exploring the world with my family. I have journeyed across the globe, visiting exotic and adventurous destinations. I take great pleasure in planning travel and collaborating with clients to create bespoke vacations. My extensive travels throughout the USA, Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the South Pacific have equipped me with a unique ability to design anything from a relaxing retreat to an adventurous escape in exotic locales. I live in Miami Beach with my husband and our two daughters, aged 11 and 6.

    I specialize in luxury leisure travel. My global travel experience allows my clients to rely on my expertise when selecting hotels and planning their journeys. Additionally, my husband’s family owns Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain, luxury Relais & Chateaux properties in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, providing me with valuable insights into the hospitality industry.

Alex Endo

  • Alex’s most cherished memories as a child were traveling with his family and grandparents. He began his career in travel as an offshoot of running a family office, building a business as a travel concierge. What he enjoys most about working as a travel advisor is crafting magical moments for his clients, helping them ignite their passion for travel, immersing themselves in local culture, from the art, the food, and more. His team spends the majority of the year travelling the world, experiencing it firsthand, gaining rich and rewarding experiences they can share with clients.

Demi Shemesh

  • Demi’s love of travel started at a young age when she would go on Safari in South Africa with her South African parents. Being immersed in the bush and the African culture made her realize how important travel is. From these early experiences, to discovering the hidden gems of the south of France on her honeymoon, Demi is committed creating unforgettable and unique experiences for her clients.

Dave Kass

  • Dave’s fascination with travel began at the age of 7 when he flew solo to visit his grandparents in Florida, although he doesn’t remember a time when he didn’t want to go out and explore. In 2017 Dave followed his passion and exchanged a career in television to travel, where he was first mentored by David Odaka. Dave’s favorite part of working as a travel advisor is the problem solving—figuring out the destination/experience/client puzzle, giving his clients the opportunity to simply arrive and enjoy, knowing that every detail has been thoroughly thought through.

Sonia Singh

  • Growing up with family spread across the globe provided Sonia with opportunities to explore international destinations from a young age. Today, as a travel professional, Sonia especially enjoys transforming a client's initial concept into reality. She takes pleasure in sharing her curated lists of essential eateries, cafes, bars, and markets, ensuring that every journey is a flavorful adventure. Crafting meticulous itineraries that resonate with her clients and create lasting memories brings her immense joy and fulfillment.

  • Lauren Pronger is a dynamic force balancing roles as a devoted mother, supportive wife, skilled health coach, accomplished Pilates instructor, and visionary CEO of Well Inspired Travels, the luxury boutique travel agency she co-founded with her husband, NHL Hall of Famer Chris Pronger, in 2018.

    Her passion for wellness and transformative travel was born from lived experience and a deep desire to help others thrive. After navigating significant family health challenges, Lauren committed herself to learning everything she could about holistic healing and lifestyle optimization. She went on to earn three certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, building a strong foundation in functional health, integrative practices, and wellness education.

    Driven to share the tools and insights she gathered through years of study and global exploration, Lauren launched Well Inspired Travels curating bespoke journeys that go far beyond traditional travel. Each experience is designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit while inspiring personal growth, connection, and well-being.

    Lauren’s unwavering dedication to wellness and her belief in the healing power of travel are the heartbeat of Well Inspired Travels, inviting others to explore the world and themselves with greater purpose, presence, and joy.

Chris Pronger

  • Chris Pronger, co-founder of Well Inspired Travels alongside his wife of 23 years, Lauren Pronger, began a remarkable second career path starting in 2018 when launching WIT. With a passion for travel and a keen eye for client satisfaction, Chris finds immense fulfillment in orchestrating unforgettable experiences for a diverse clientele, ranging from professional athletes to C-suite executives to entrepreneurs, all who value luxury travel. Embracing the collaborative spirit of the travel industry, Chris thrives on building relationships with partners in hotels, resorts, sales representatives, and fellow travel advisors. In his leisure time, he cherishes exploring the world alongside Lauren and their three children, Jack (22), George (20), and Lilah (16), creating lasting memories and embracing the wonders of discovery.

  • Since 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to the travel industry, turning my passion for exploration into a journey of helping others see the world. As a travel advisor since 2022, it brings me immense joy to craft unforgettable experiences for my clients. From discovering breathtaking destinations to staying in remarkable hotels, I’m here to ensure that each trip is not just a getaway but a cherished memory.

    When I’m not creating incredible journeys, you’ll find me on the golf course, cheering at sporting events, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Jessica Anderson

  • Jessica is a luxury travel advisor based in Los Angeles. Prior to entering the industry, she had a long career in marketing, lived and traveled abroad extensively, and worked with young children as a preschool teacher.

    Her passion for travel coupled with her drive to help others blossomed out of her unique career experience. In 2023 Jessica took the leap and joined the Offgrid team. Jessica especially enjoys, and is uniquely qualified, to help navigate the nuanced planning process for families traveling with children.
